The Main Affair is Houma’s newest facility offering full-service catering in an intimate, old-world atmosphere. The Main Affair has the right combination of excellent food, professional service, and exceptional atmosphere to make your next celebration, reception, banquet or dinner meeting a wonderful success.

Food and Beverage

All food and beverage is provided by The Main Affair featuring Castalano’s Catering. Prices are determined by menu selection, set-up, dinnerware and required staffing. *No rental fees are required; however, we ask that you spend a minimum of $2,000 on food and beverage for weekend and evening events. Special rates for weekday lunch meetings are available. Sales tax of 8.5% and a standard 18% gratuity will be added to all food and beverage orders.

Bar Service

The Main Affair features a full service bar. Clients may choose a cash, tally or pay one price bar. Bartender’s fees and staffing are determined by the number of guests.

Amenities

The Main Affair offers china and glass, clear or Styrofoam disposable dinnerware with linen service. Our facilities include round or rectangular tables with banquet chairs, music and PA system and an outdoor patio area.

Payment

$500 damage deposit to book date. Full payment due 7 business days prior to event. Credit card payments add 5% service charge.

Capacity

Receptions up to 150 people
Banquet style seating up to 100 people
(additional space is available in the adjoining room increasing receptions to 200 and banquets to 150)
